After an even longer trip, I have been welcomed to Otsu, Shiga, Japan. It is near Lake Biwa, the biggest lake in Japan. I am excited to see the sites and learn about Japanese culture. I felt at home right away because I was greeted by a sweet knitted doll and two window cats.

Since it was night when I arrived, my lovely hostess gave me a comfy bed and we all went to sleep.
