Hello Everyone! I am here! In a place called New Jersey! My hosts were so excited when they got home, they were away for just 2 days! They were quick to open my box and get me out, I called mom right away.

My host has 2 sons, they are a bit older then in her ravelry picture. James has the elephant, his favorite animal, named Jun (french for yellow), the goose is named Harold and he is quite old, and the octopus is named Octohedron ( he is cared for by Michael the oldest son. While they were all away I was safely ensconced on the front porch, well away from the weather.

I’ve been told I will have great adventures with both sons and will even get to spend some time with belindat’s husband!

When I got there, everyone was so excited they tore open the box before any pictures could be taken. belindat insisted I take a minute to call Mom. She says she’s a mom and if her son was traveling all over the tar-nation she would want a call from every stop right away or she would worry…

Right now there is quite a fuss in the house. Just returning from a trip, getting everything into it’s places, and finding me a bed. There wasn’t any fresh veggies in the house as they were on a trip. They hoped I would be okay with some leftover cabbage and some frozen things that they cooked up for me!

After a long weekend of traveling, my hosts said it’s resting time, their day starts very early in the morning. I’ve been tucked into a hat with a knitted sweater. Imagine my surprise with the octopus went into itself! They said they will stay with me to get me settled
