We miss Gulli already! Today before he left he helped my husband attempt to make these sticky rice dumplings (“Zongzi”) for Chinese Dragon Boat festival. It was my husband’s first time, so he needed some help:

Unfortunately Gulli was not here to see the end result, but they came out pretty good for a first try!

Gulli had to stay home and finish packing so his cousin took some pictures from the rose garden that we visited today (as it was closed the last two times we went on our nature walk). Such pretty flowers and so fragrant!
