Rupert has been promising to take me to see his favorite part of the farm. We finally went today. He loves to hang out by Bay Creek.

Althea came along with us. We climbed on this interesting looking tree to get a better look.

Rupert thought that this cedar tree offered a nice vantage point of the creek. I thought it was itchy even though it smelled nice.

I liked this spot better, but be careful of those viney looking things behind us. They are called saw briars and can trip you up and gouge your ankles when you are walking in the forest. Rupert kept a close eye out for them, so I wouldn’t run into any problems.
