Today we explored Fishguard… a tiny town with a big heart, Welsh is spoken here so I wanted to do his best to blend in. I chose to wear a ribbon with red dragons (one of their national symbols).



Off we go… we traveled through Wolfscastle so called from the rock formation you can see in the photo below. I was a bit frightened at first in case there were real wolves about, but there weren't any. 



Fishguard has a colourful history as you can see from the 18thC cannons and the colour washed houses.

We visited the little harbour where you can spot the Irish ferry docked. 


I wanted to make friends with a couple of seagulls but they were all hunched up trying to keep warm.



Next was a visit to Janes wool shop to look for a gift for the next host. I was enjoying exploring…
